Driving & Parking Directions
From Interstate 80, take Exit 71 towards UC Davis/Mondavi Center. Turn towards campus onto Old Davis Road. Continue straight until you see the museum. Turn left into the parking lot.
On Weekends: The entire lot (5A) is free and any space can used.
During the Week: Visitor parking is available in Lot 5A next to the museum. There are 7 designated visitor spots that allow for 35- and 70-minute parking. These are located next to the disabled spots, along the redwood trees and have meters in front of each space. Please utilize only these spots on weekdays - the remainder of lot 5A is for UCD staff and students.
There are three ways to purchase 35-minute ($2.75) or 70-minute ($4.25) parking:
- Meters: Meters are located in front of each of the 7 allocated short-term spaces. Select a time duration and insert your debit/credit card (cash is not accepted).
- Terminal: There is a terminal next to the disabled spots. To use, enter your license plate number, 35- or 70-minutes, and insert or tap your card.
- AMP App: For those with the AMP app, there is an option to select "Gorman Museum limited-parking" for 35- or 70-minutes.

All-day visitor parking is located across the street (Lot 5) but fills quickly on instruction days. The AMP app or terminal at the far end of this lot can be utilized for permit purchasing.
Trains & Buses
Train and bus service is available to downtown Davis, and a short walk to reach the museum.
Walking & Biking
From central campus/Arboretum: The museum is also located on the Arboretum bike pathway and near Wyatt Deck in the Arboretum. From central campus, utilize the foot bridge behind the Art building/Main Theatre to reach the museum.
From downtown Davis: Utilize the Arboretum pathway to the museum, or navigate to the museum street address: 181 Old Davis Road, Davis, CA 95616.
The Gorman Museum of Native American Art is wheelchair accessible with nearby ADA parking (free with valid permit).
