Olaf Borge, A Book: All the Flags for Today, from Screen Prints 1970

Olaf Borge, who earned his BFA and MFA from School of Art Institute of Chicago, created systemically abstract works consumed with geometry and repetition. His intaglio prints were jewel-like, and he played with printing them in various colors, rather than producing consistent, numbered editions. He taught at SAIC and retired from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1999.
