One of the mottos of the kasung is, "Victory Over War." The focus of kasungship is creating and protecting an environment of warmth and decency. The Great River of Blessings.
Biography
Mariah Simonton has spent the last several years as a traveling attaché for The Sakyong Wangmo, the wife of the lineage holder of the Shambhala Buddhist lineage. She is now living in Boulder, CO, and re-establishing her practice as a massage therapist, specializing in Hawaiian Lomilomi. She continues to study and practice her art-making discipline in printmaking.
