Biography
Johnny Mike Begay was a Navajo jeweler active in the mid 20th century, until 1976. He was associated with Dean Kirk, John Kennedy and White Hogan, all dealers in Native arts and crafts. He received several awards at the 1976 Santa Fe Indian Market. His work was featured in the 2002 exhibit "Jewels of the Southwest" at the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
